my parents violated their restraining orders but there was no actual evidence so all we could do was file a complaint which took fucking forever! it sucked so bad, my sis had a doc appt and they waited there for her and watched her like park her car and stuff before they left. the cops said it could have been incidental contact and we were like "yeah incidental? they just happen to be at a pediatric doctor at 11on friday when they both should be at work which is nowhere near the doctor?" and the cops were like yeah its still incidental. you can't prove anything blahblahblah.
it was such a friggin nightmare. but thankfully they didn't do anything to her. let's hope they just back the fuck off.
